We work together to ensure your nutritional safety by formulating a well balanced ketogenic nutrition strategy with proper hydration and macros (calories, carbohydrates, fat, and protein).  Successfully getting your body into consistent ketosis will optimize your metabolic health.  Your macros will be customized specifically for you.  You’ll get exercise heart rate ranges curtailed to your body for maximum fat loss should you choose to work out.

I’ll be by your side every step of the way to give you the education, support, feedback, encouragement, and accountability necessary to keep you engaged and compliant along your journey.  We work through goal based phases that are specific and relevant to you and your personal goals.  I will celebrate your wins, give you support when challenges and obstacles arise, give you recipes, and help you determine what your next best step is.

Sessions are 50 minutes in length.  Sessions can be done in person, over the telephone, Skype, or webcam. All sales are final. 24 hour notice is required when the need to reschedule a session is necessary to avoid forfeiture of scheduled session. Any scheduled session that is a no show counts toward purchased sessions. Any scheduled session not attended nor with at least 24 hours advanced notice to request reschedule will count toward purchased sessions.
