Keto Coaching is one on one support individually and specifically designed just for you to achieve your fat loss goals, body shape goals, fitness goals, and emotional goals. We work together as a team to find what solutions best fit your personal unique needs. We will start your ball of momentum rolling in the right direction and keep it there.
I provide a highly customized approach to nutritional ketosis and carbohydrate intake. Every person is unique with different metabolic needs. Many clients see results in as little as 1-2 weeks. With the support of me as your coach you will see sustained success.
We work together to ensure your nutritional safety by formulating a well balanced ketogenic nutrition strategy with proper hydration and macros (calories, carbohydrates, fat, and protein). Successfully getting your body into consistent ketosis will optimize your metabolic health.
Take advantage of turning my years of my success, knowledge, and first hand experience into mere hours so you don’t have to guess or try to be an overnight expert. You’ll get personalized recommendations on nutrition, exercise, and emotional fitness. All your questions will be answered with expert feedback. I don’t know all the answers, but I work tirelessly when something new arises. I have many colleagues to call on as high up as medical professionals to ensure you’re getting the relevant information you’re looking for.
Knowing what to do is only half the equation to successful lifestyle change. Consistency is where most people struggle or fall off the band wagon. We work together to uncover what’s really going on behind the scenes and why your life got turned upside down in the first place. We establish positive health habits and do the “innercise” (emotional fitness) necessary for long term lifestyle change.
I’ll be by your side every step of the way to give you the education, support, feedback, encouragement, and accountability necessary to keep you engaged and compliant along your journey. We work through goal based phases that are specific and relevant to you and your personal goals. I will celebrate your wins, give you support when challenges and obstacles arise, give you recipes, and help you determine what your next best step is.

I’m not a trainer who’s been fit all my life, picked up a book, and passed a test. It’s true - I did pick up a book and pass a test, but I also know the struggles of being overweight, lacking confidence, feeling miserable, being sick, and wanting to hide. I’ve personally been successful at dropping 81.4 pounds so far using the strategies I will teach you while working with me. I’ve used myself as a science experiment for nearly a year to find out what works and what doesn’t; to find out what products are worth spending money on and which ones aren’t. I’ve put in the hard work so you don’t have to. This results in better and faster results for you!

As of April 2019, I have dropped 100 pounds, reduced my body composition from 55+% body fat to 21%, and lost 116” from head to toe in girth - that’s almost 10 feet!!! These are just the physical changes. I don’t have photographic evidence of the changes to my mind and spirit. I can tell you that I’m a whole new person. I’m confident, not afraid to be seen, happy, and free. I feel more feminine and sexy. I actually like shopping for clothing.
