Food plays a huge role in life. It can dictate your mood, bring on or eliminate diseases, affect your body's ability to function, and what your body looks like on the outside. If you're confused about how many calories, carbohydrates, fat, and protein your body needs to perform at optimal function, you've come to the right place!
I will help you determine what works for your body to achieve the goals you desire. I can help you reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass, and add shape to your body.
Your investment includes two 30 minute sessions. Sessions can be conducted in person, via telephone, FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. The first is an evaluation of your situation, goals, and concerns. The second will be after I've reviewed your food log to discuss the plan of action moving forward.
You'll submit a 3 day food log which I will evaluate and give you feedback on. There's no need for you to count calories, I'll do all the heavy lifting. All I need you to do is weigh, measure, or count the foods you put into your body for those three days.
